Terms
Slots
10 founding customers. The first five slots are $5,000, slots 6–10 are $6,500. Deposit received by 31 August 2026 locks the slot and price. Slots and build starts are allocated in deposit order.
Payment
50% deposit, non-refundable once the discovery workshop is delivered. Balance on acceptance against agreed criteria.
Scope
The collections workflow, up to 10 users, standard security configuration. Extra workflows, custom SSO or on-premise deployment quoted separately.

What if our aging buckets, payment terms or custom fields aren’t standard?+–
That’s exactly what the discovery workshop is for. It’s built to match your setup: your aging buckets, credit policies and user-defined fields, not a fixed template you have to bend to.
Is our data safe, and where does it live?+–
Your figures stay in your Business One and answer through SAP’s own Service Layer, and we don’t keep a central copy. Every user signs in with their own B1 login, credentials are encrypted, and every action is written to an audit trail.
How much of my team’s time does this take?+–
A half-day discovery workshop and a short training session, and that’s it. We map, build and configure it against your B1; you lift nothing.
What does the deposit commit us to?+–
A 50% deposit of $2,500 for the first five slots, or $3,250 for slots 6 to 10, locks one of the ten founding slots and your price. It only becomes non-refundable once the discovery workshop is delivered, and the balance isn’t due until you accept the finished build.
What happens after the 12-month licence?+–
It renews at $1,500 a year for up to 10 users, the same figure shown in the package above, with hosting, updates and support included. Your founding build price covers the first 12 months, and the renewal rate is set now rather than decided later.
