The B1 MCP Server

Ask your SAP data anything.

Your Business One already knows who owes you money, what’s about to run out of stock and where the margin went last month. Getting it to tell you, without reports, exports or a consultant, is what this does. Your team asks in plain English. B1 answers, live.

20 minutes, live on a real Business One company.
Who owes us more than 60 days, and how much?
Seven customers, $116,484 in total. The largest is Mashina Corporation at $48,300, and they broke a promise to pay on the 14th.live from your Business One · just now
Draft them a reminder that lists the exact invoices.
Done. Three invoices cited with dates and amounts, ready for you to review and send.

Real conversations look like this. No report writer. No SQL. No waiting until Thursday.

Sound familiar?

The data is in B1. Getting it out is the job.

The report lives in someone’s head

One person knows Query Manager or Crystal. Every question queues behind their actual job, and behind everyone else’s questions.

Everything ends up in Excel

Export, pivot, tidy, email. By the time it’s read, the numbers have moved. Next Monday: same export, again.

Small questions cost consulting hours

“Can we see sales by rep, by month?” becomes a ticket to your partner, a wait, and an invoice, all for a question you’ll ask differently next week anyway.

Month-end archaeology

Finding one journal, one price change, one delivery means clicking through six windows. Your accountant deserves better. So does your evening.

What your team can do with it

Every seat in the office gets their own answers

The debtors clerk

Starts the morning with who owes what, worst first, and reminder emails that cite the exact invoices.

  • Who’s overdue and hasn’t paid anything this month?
  • Draft a reminder for every invoice over 30 days
  • Which promises to pay were broken this week?

The finance manager

Asks the month-end questions directly instead of commissioning reports, and gets a live dashboard to keep.

  • Show me a cash position dashboard I can check daily
  • Why is June’s gross margin down on May?
  • List invoices posted after period close

The stock manager

Stops stockouts and spots dead money on the shelf without a single export.

  • What’s below minimum with nothing on order?
  • Which items haven’t moved in six months, and what are they worth?
  • Draft purchase orders for everything below reorder point

The owner

Gets a plain-English briefing with coffee (sales, cash, exceptions) without logging into anything.

  • Give me this morning’s snapshot: sales, cash, overdue, alerts
  • How does this quarter compare to last year’s?
  • Which customers are quietly going silent on us?

The accountant

Traces transactions and sense-checks the books conversationally.

  • Find every journal posted to freight last quarter
  • Reconcile this supplier’s statement against our open items
  • Show GST collected vs paid for the period

The sales manager

Sees the pipeline and the gaps without waiting for the Monday pack.

  • Open quotes older than two weeks, by rep
  • Who bought printers but never bought toner?
  • Top ten customers by margin, not revenue

More than answers

From question, to worklist, to action

Live dashboards & worklists

Answers don’t have to be paragraphs. Ask for a dashboard or a click-through worklist and keep it. It refreshes from B1 whenever you open it.

Drafts, ready to send

Payment reminders, order confirmations, statements chased in your words, drafted from the live figures, sent only when a human says so.

Actions, when you allow them

Read-only by default. When you’re ready, switch on actions such as logging a call, recording a promise to pay or raising a draft document. Each one is done as the signed-in user, always on the audit trail.

Want a ready-made starting point?

The Collections Command Centre is our pre-built control panel for debtors teams: a prioritised worklist, promise tracking and one-click reminders, tailored to your B1 in four weeks. A founding-customer offer is open now.

Secure by design

Your data stays yours. Your permissions stay in charge.

Everyone signs in as themselves

Each user connects with their own B1 login, with no shared “super user”. What they can’t see in Business One, they can’t see here either.

Every action on the record

A full audit trail records who asked what and who changed what. Your accountant and your auditor will approve.

Nothing stored centrally

Your figures live in your Business One and answer through SAP’s own Service Layer. We don’t keep a copy, and your data isn’t used to train AI models.

Read-only until you say otherwise

Out of the box it can look, not touch. You decide if and when actions are switched on, per user and per task.

Getting started

Live in days, not months

  1. 01

    See it live

A 20-minute demo on a real Business One company. Bring the questions you’d ask of your own data, and we’ll ask them live.

  2. 02

    We connect it

Installed alongside your existing Business One, and nothing about your B1 setup changes.

  3. 03

    Your team just asks

A short session with each role on the questions that matter to them. Most people need about ten minutes.

Fair questions

What everyone asks us

Does it change anything in our Business One?+

No. It connects through SAP’s supported Service Layer, the same door SAP’s own tools use. No add-ons inside your B1, no database changes, and it can be switched off at any time.

Can it create or change documents?+

Only if you switch that on. It starts read-only. When you enable actions, each one is performed as the signed-in user, respects their B1 authorisations, and is written to the audit trail.

Is our data used to train AI?+

No. Your data stays in your Business One and we don’t store a copy. Questions are answered by the AI assistant your business already uses, under its commercial data terms, which exclude training on your data.

Which versions of B1 does it support?+

SAP Business One 10.0 with the Service Layer, on SQL Server or HANA, on-premise or cloud-hosted.

What if the answer is wrong?+

Every answer comes from live B1 data, and you can always ask “show me the underlying invoices” to see exactly what it’s based on. Nothing is invented. If the data isn’t in B1, it says so.

What does it cost?+

Plans are priced per user, per year, with a done-for-you setup. Book a demo and we’ll give you a straight number for your team size on the call.

See it for yourself

Twenty minutes. Bring your hardest question.

We’ll ask it live against a real Business One company, so you can see exactly how it would answer on yours. If it doesn’t impress you, it cost you nothing.
