Products & licensing
Do your products run in the cloud or on-premise?
On-premise, by design. Our tools install on your own Windows server inside your network, so your financial data stays yours — no forced cloud dependency and no data-residency questions.
Which versions of SAP Business One do you support?
Our products are built for SAP Business One 10.0 and integrate through the Service Layer, so they work on both SAP HANA and Microsoft SQL Server. Running an older release? Get in touch and we'll advise on your options.
How are your products licensed?
Our products are licensed per company on a subscription basis. Licenses are activated on your own server and are designed to keep working even in restricted or offline environments.
B1 AP Automation & AI
Does invoice data leave my network when the AI reads it?
The system itself runs entirely on your own server, and the AI provider is configurable — from cloud models with zero-data-retention agreements to a fully local endpoint for data-sensitive sites. Every document records exactly what was sent, and where.
Will invoices be posted to B1 without a human seeing them?
Only if you allow it. Verification before posting is on by default, automation earns autonomy per supplier gradually, and a mandatory approval threshold guarantees that large invoices always get human sign-off — no rule can bypass it.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Anything uncertain is flagged for a person to review before it goes anywhere near your books. Every correction teaches the system your posting rules, and a rule that gets something wrong immediately loses its autonomy until it re-earns trust.
